Cyber crime is a crime which is committed through social media. These days, the conditions are getting worse. Cyber crime has become a means of taking out revenge ,anger and grudges. This can lead to serious mental suffering or deaths. To stop cyber crime we should follow these steps-

• We should not share our passwords with anyone
• Do not post your private information or your current location
• If you feel that someone knows your password then change it immediately
• Keep changing your password frequently

Example:- As one day, I was using my E-mail ID, I had an urgency  and had to rush away. I went without logging out unintentionally. Later, did I realize that my ID was being used the whole time when I was unavailable. I really advice you all to be careful with your ID’s

Cyber bullying means to blackmail someone .An incident happened with my friend and that was - Once ,my friend asked to me to join Facebook but I refused because I listened some unusual things happening around but I knew how to work with Facebook & saw my relatives and friends post . I saw my  friends personal pictures posted open on net . I immediately called her to inform about this. As I called her , she started crying and told me that some days ago , A man clicked her pictures and said that she should be his friend and talk and chat but my friend refused & the man started bullying that if she  won’t  be his friend , he would download some wrong photos which were clicked by him but then my friend said that she will complain it to police if he jokes like this but however the girl was able to handle the situation and committed suicide .

For cyber security you should change your passwords regularly, you should not tell your passwords to anyone, you should not make fake ID’s. You should not share it with anyone. You should not be in website like Facebook before the age of 13 or above. You should not share anybody’s personal  pictures on internet without their permission. For contributing to security, you should create cyber awareness websites, you should raise rallies to aware people and we should not give our personal number to anyone(stranger).You should not send fake messages to anyone…

To emotionally force someone and knowing their passwords, misuse it, access to their private information is called “Hacking””.

I want to share a story of an engineer who landed up as a beggar. But, it wasn’t till the day this engineer was using internet. He saw a picture of a beautiful girl with a message which said” Hi, I am Riley Green, talk to me.”This engineer got attracted to the picture and instead of looking for her in the search bar he clicked on the picture. They chatted for hours, shared phone numbers. He liked talking to her. He knew he was away from home so, he stopped concentrating on his work and started chatting as he earned a lot of money anyway. Three days later he got mails from his bank that his bank account had no balance left. He was surrounded by bills, he was getting couriers from banks online shopping sites, etc. he was confused, he was shocked, unknown to what was happening. He texted the girl again but received no reply. He was then in trouble. He was bankrupt and was called to defend himself in the court and was locked up in the jail. While all this commotion, his family was left unknown.

When he was released, he was left with nothing to do and no one to go to. Everyone he knew refused to recognize him. Due to such circumstances, the only he was left with was to beg.

At last, i wish to tell you that the world is not as good as you think it to be.

Whenever we make an account on any social networking site, we should always be aware about it. It is also known as computer crime. Any use of computer as an instrument to further illegal ends, some examples may be- trafficking in children pornography, stealing identities or violating privacy. Cyber crime especially through the internet, has grown in importance as the computer has become the center of usage, entertainment and government. There have been many mind blowing stories which has given us goose bumps and some people have just taken it for granted. I think we should be well aware of the difference whether we are getting bullied or becoming a bully. Bullying has a very significant role in cyber crime. I think being loyal to everyone is a great thing but having that courage to face your consequences is better. There are some cyber laws which have been introduced against these cases and the person who does it should definitely get capital punishment.
