The literal meaning of the term 'cyber crime' is crime conducted via internet or any other network on the computer. Cyber crime! It is a very common means of running others life which is now multiplying more and more in India. It can harm people in many ways. People now-a-days perform these crimes for money. Making facebook ID with false names and false profile picture is also considered a big crime. In this, criminals send bad messages to many random and unknown people. Then, the person and his friends suffer. People also get fake mails which say that they have won a lottery or a jackpot. Criminals might even ask the victim for money. It goes this way and the time people get to know that they have been robbed and their money is all gone, the criminals are no more present there in your contact and are gone. 

Well! this was just a common case but cyber crime happens in many other ways too. But if anything like this happens to you,contact the cyber crime police department to get yourself scared. And also do not come in any fake talks of people through devices like computer, cell phones , etc. So, be aware.

Cyber crime is becoming a really major issue in today’s society.

I have a true story which is based on cyber crime. There was a 14 years old girl named ‘Reena’ and one day while she was using a social networking site, a 56 years old man sent a request to that girl and his profile picture was like a 20 years old handsome boy .The girl accepted the request instantly. Gradually, Reena fell in love with him. When she thought of going to his house,  she asked for his address and reached his house. When she entered the house she was surprised to find a old man there. She was shocked. She was victimized to an act of rape. It led her to committing suicide. This teaches us that we should not accept any unknown requests.

I would like to aware people that even their smallest of steps can lead them to the path of danger. They should first think and then take any action. We should not do all this as people who do such acts don't have a mature thinking and sensitive heart.This can make our society really weak and unsafe.
